The Grindstone
A month has passed and now I am set for what will be the final return to Cube Studios, for the end of year 1 is in sight. Though the view is obscured by at least two more essays and about three exams which don't look so straightforward. Seeing as this spell of drudgery isn't going to be as long as previous ones I thought it best to not bring as much stuff back to the flat. After drawing up a short list of things I need to take with me the only things I could see which I could cut down on was 'a few CDs and DVDs'. Now we all know that CDs and DVDs are by their very design not meant to be that bulky, so it seems I'm going to be carting just as much stuff back to Leeds this time as I had before.
I would have cobbled together something more resembling a proper update but I can't think of anything worthwhile to do on flash which wouldn't take more than an hour, so we have something we dredged up from the depths of the 'flash folder'. Yep, that's a red rendition of Lo Pan from the old Big Brother flash, it's small size was a prime reason for it's selection for this update as it was pretty clear was that I couldn't fit another song on here without deleting something else.
Chances of completely flipping out in the next few weeks are high. Ziggy says there's an 84% chance I'll tornado kick a flatmate and a 77% chance I'll try and set fire to the kitchen. The cooker last time I looked was covered in pentagrams and demonic symbols scrawled in blood and the fridge was gone in place of a hell-void spewing forth evil into the world. That was two weeks ago and things are likely to have got worse, especially if Danny is already back and has already started thinking he is actually a good chef again.
One thing to be occupying myself with is removing all the typos and errors from the Cube, possibly whilst listening to the new NIN single when it arrives. Listening to it a lot.
Extar, over, out.
TCP/IP, it's fucking me off. Other protocols doing little more. Definitely got worse. Now making me curse. Removing IPX. Will it ever work? Never!
